What This Warranty Covers. The warranty covers any manufacturing or material defects of all Conifère Outerwear. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials are covered by this policy. Damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, natural wear & tear or failure to follow care instructions are not covered by this warranty.
How Long This Warranty Lasts. The Conifère Warranty lasts for one year of the product from date of purchase.
What We Will Do. The Conifère Warranty Department will inspect the item at no charge to you. If the Warranty Department determines, in its sole discretion, that the item has a defect covered under this Warranty, we will repair or replace the item. If the defective product is not repairable and an identical product is not available, we can replace it with a product of similar style and colour.

In many cases, the retailer will be able to assist you.
