I have email three times and got one response in regards to doing and exchange and I wasn't given information on how to go about it so I called conifere.com talked to someone who said they would email me the exchange information I still haven't gotten. The snow suits look nice but the attached hand cover is fraying already. Not happy with the lack of communication how the attached hand cover frayed so quickly.

Nous commandons des habits de neige Conifère depuis plusieurs années déjà. La livraison est rapide et sans soucis. Les habits sont chauds et résistants. Chaque habit est utilisé 2 ans par mes enfants et ils sont en parfait état par la suite pour être réutilisés par d’autres enfants de mon entourage.
